OUR STORY

Established in 2013 by Director Adrian Kowal, our business has grown, much like our region, to a team of 14 local electricians, business managers and support staff. As more people arrive in the Mount Alexander Shire in search of a more relaxed country life, we’ve kept pace, but we like to keep it real too, our community means everything to us.

We work with some of the largest organisations operating in the region including the Mount Alexander Shire, George Weston Foods and the Victorian Government. But you’re just as likely to find us rewiring a private home or talking energy efficiency with a small business. We also contract to a network of local builders on renovations and new construction projects.

Behind the scenes of every job, our professional, cloud based, project management system ensures customers get served faster, while our onsite team focus on the quality, safety and efficiency of the job at hand, not juggling calls.

Call us and you’ll speak to our experienced office team from the very first call. We’ll log, assess and assign your job, but that’s just the start.

Packed with smart features our system lets us access job details anywhere, anytime. From the office we can track job progress and work schedules. Onsite, our teams record every detail using tablets, capture images for quality assurance and problem-solving and consult with each other. Suppliers are linked in too so we can guarantee less downtime.

The whole system is integrated so everything from invoices through to safety documents is stored in the background while we work on your job and emailed through to you when we’re done (if you prefer old school hard copy, don’t worry we can do that too).

One of the other things you won’t see but you’ll notice when you work with us is how our people leave your home or workplace.

Presentation is everything to us and when we speak to our customers it’s pretty high on their list of priorities too. We want you to come back and flick on the lights or turn on the pump for the pool, not clean up our mess. We’ve even gone as far as to equip each of our vehicles with a vacuum to make sure this happens.

Sustainability

We don’t just practise sustainability. We make it possiblefor our customers.

We help them reduce emissions, increase efficiency and access sustainability programs and schemes. We collaborate with eco-friendly local tradespeople on sustainable building projects and the installation of energy efficient technology like solar panels.

Reducing our own environmental footprint is a priority. We opted for diesel vehicles to save on emissions and operate a paperless management

system from invoices right through to Certificates of Electrical Safety. Our office solar panels are already contributing to our bottom line and reducing our dependence on the grid.

We’re also committed to the sustainability of our community. Where possible we source locally to reduce our footprint and support our local economy. We employ locals, giving young people opportunities through work experience, pre-apprenticeship placements and employment and keeping valuable knowledge and talent in our region.
